Data Interchange for Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Specialists (DIGGS) Workshop - For U.S. Department of Transportation - Federal Highway Administration

Revamped a full-day, in-person workshop for the US Department of Transportation's Federal Highway Administration intended for GIS Professionals.  In collaboration with the learning team at GEI Consulting; streamlined and consolidated the extensive training deck down into a more manageable and learner-centered presentation deck that was more sustainable and easier to facilitate.

St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Sacramento, CA

Church Website and Staff Parish Relations Facilitation

Rebranded and re-defined the church's website. Facilitated sessions with the church's staff-parish committee and general congregants regarding the church's mission and vision for future service to the community.  Driving sustainable outcomes to foster greater connection with the community at large.

Powerhouse Human Resources Consulting, Sarasota, FL

No More Bullies

No more bullies was an initiative to bring awareness and provide support to employees that are victims of bullying and abuse within the workplace.  Powerhouse facilitated mediation meetings between these employees, their human resource departments, legal counsel and other agencies involved in potential bullying cases.  iDesign eLearning partnered with Powerhouse to develop print materials, website framework, presentations and flyers to bring awareness to this platform.

The Sanctuary of Sacred Crowns, Sacramento, CA

Special Project (Safe Harbor)

Currently consulting with The Sanctuary of Sacred Crowns to develop a series of online classes with a Pan-African lens for all things haircare, as well as African culture and well-being.  Safe Harbor principles apply, as this concept is protected by its owner and creator.
