About Us

iDesign eLearning was started by Keithia Kirkaldy, a humble eLearning Designer that just wanted to change the world, one eLearning at a time.  Keithia developed her love for learning and sharing over the years: from being college student to showing users how to use their computers and software as an IT professional. Later she began creating eLearning upon entering the healthcare field.

Her drive to ensure that learners "have what they need" has inspired her to create learning interactions that make a connection with the learner and have an impact that allows the learner to retain information and want to learn more.

Keithia has a Bachelor's of Science Degree from Clark Atlanta University and a Master's of Education in Instructional Design of Online Learning from Capella University.

Her strong technical acumen, great organizational skills and a love of connecting with people gave Keithia the tools she needed to make her love of learning design a reality .  iDesign eLearning is  the perfect vehicle for her to share her love of learning, teaching and helping with everyone.
